NovaGrid Solutions is an Australian renewable energy financing platform. We buy operational solar and battery storage assets from energy companies, developers and asset owners, and lease them straight back, providing immediate capital without loss of operational control.

We operate through our joint venture, Amforic NovaGrid Capital, in partnership with Amforic Asset Management LLC. Together we originate, structure and deploy lease buyback transactions across Australia's clean energy sector.

Amforic NovaGrid Capital and NovaGrid Solutions were founded by practitioners with deep experience across some of the world's most complex energy markets, from Australia and the GCC to the US. That experience shapes how we work: practical, fast-moving, and focused on outcomes that work for both asset owners and investors.
Our current active pipeline includes over A$260M in transactions across battery storage and solar assets in VIC, SA, NSW, QLD and TAS. We work with some of Australia's largest energy companies, developers and institutional investors to structure deals that are fast, certain and built to last.
